BREED DESCRIPTION
This is the type of Corgi that wags his tail not wiggles, which makes this breed noticeable from the other corgi.
The Cardigan Corgi differs from the Pembroke Corgi, as it is larger, longer in body, has rounded ears and comes in a
wider variety of colours.
The Cardigan Welsh Corgi is known for its steady, even nature. The breed is alert, intelligent, affectionate and
adaptable.
This sturdy, active breed is noted for its endurance. It makes a fine family pet for town or
country provided it's given lots of outdoor exercise.
The Cardigan Welsh Corgi measures about 12 in, 30 cm.
The hard-textured coat is short to medium in length. It is weatherproof with a good undercoat.
Regular brushing takes care of the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, as that is the only thing that needs to be done.
