They are bred primarily as pets, but they also make great watch dogs. They are remarkably intelligent and make great family companions. This breed is suited well in any loving environment.
Well behaved, adaptable, and comfortable companions with an affectionate nature and even disposition; generally active, alert, and playful, but not unduly boisterous.
